5 of 5 Best customer service I’ve come across in years January 29, 2024

We ordered 6 of these window boxes in black. They are gorgeous, great quality.
We hung them with no problem, until there was. I'm not getting into the particulars of the issue because I honestly believe it was a one off situation. I was upset, but sent an email to their customer service. It took no time to hear back from them.
They assured me they provide 100% customer satisfaction, but I was skeptical.
Within 24 hours the issue had been resolved.
If you are considering these for your home I do not think you can find better window boxes, definitely a company that stands behind their quality with the exceptional customer service as this company.
I can’t stress enough how beautiful these are, we have strangers driving by that will stop to compliment them.
